Curriculum
S.T.A.R.S. Math & English Academy has created math and English curricula that are based on the North Carolina Standard Course of Study. These were developed, and are taught, by certified Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools instructors. Each curriculum has its own stated goals and objectives, and each lesson within the curricula is geared towards meeting these goals. We believe in using hands-on and real world learning whenever possible as we want our students to understand how each lesson can impact everyday life.
